You can also choose if you would like your weight and height shown in imperial or metric units. Be sure to click save at the top once you are. You can then manually change any listed measurement by tapping the item from the list and choosing “ add data ” or the “ + ” symbol at the top.
Change units in healt app? Tap on ‘ my watch ’ at the bottom. If you change the region to somewhere that is not the us (settings ==> general ==> language & region) then it should adjust to the type of weight and hight and everything else unit that your country uses!
Navigate to and open the samsung health app, and then tap more (the three vertical dots). Touch and hold the change order button next to a data source, then drag it up or down in the list. There you can change to a region that uses the units of measurement you want to see.
